Cancellation Policy

We strive to provide excellent service to each guest in order to do so, we have updated our Cancellation, No-Show and Late Appointment policy. Cancellations and No-Shows leave gaps in our stylists schedules that cannot be filled without timely notice and hinders our ability to serve you as a valued guest. PROVIDE AT LEAST: 24-hours notice for advance scheduled appointments FIRST NO-SHOW/LATE CANCEL: If you No-Show/Late Cancel for a scheduled appointment, we will generate a courtesy call to inform you of the missed scheduled appointment. SECOND NO-SHOW/LATE CANCEL: If you No-Show/Late Cancel for a scheduled appointment for a second time, a fee of $20 will be posted. Accumulated fees need to be paid prior to booking any future appointments. THIRD NO-SHOW/LATE CANCEL: If you No-Show/Late Cancel a third time, a fee equal to 50% of the missed services will be posted. From this point forward, pre-payment for future services is requested before any appointment is booked.
